ABS Census 2021, ABS SEIFA 2021, ACARA Schools, Valuer-General property registers, OpenStreetMap, ABS Building Approvals, and Clean Energy Regulator solar data. Sources are cited on every profile.
Do I need to sign up?
No. Search and view profiles anonymously. Your watchlist and recently-viewed list are stored locally in your browser — they never touch our servers.
How is the Public IQ Score calculated?
A composite 0–100 across five sub-scores: Lifestyle (amenity density), Schools (ICSEA + count), Liveability (SEIFA), Value (yield × affordability), and Investor (yield + transit + amenity). Weights are documented on each profile.

Why might a number be missing?
Some datasets only cover certain states (e.g. Valuer-General sales are public in NSW and VIC, paywalled in QLD and WA). Others suppress small-cell data (SA1/SA2 with too few records). Rather than fill blanks with bad averages, we show '—'.
